Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers from the factory — materials, MOQ, lead times and what actually happens when a nozzle wears out.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?+

A manufacturer — precision injection molding with an in-house tooling shop. We mold, test and ship from our own facility in Dongguan, China.

What nozzle materials do you offer?+

PVDF, PP and POM as standard, plus PA, TPU and glass-filled grades. For abrasive or high-temperature duty we recommend metal nozzles and can supply them as part of the same program.

What is your MOQ?+

No hard MOQ for standard nozzles. Custom-molded nozzles start with tooling and sample validation, then volume production.

How do I choose the right nozzle?+

Send us your fluid, flow rate, pressure and target pattern — we recommend the nozzle and confirm it with flow-test data before you commit.

What is your lead time?+

Standard nozzles ship in 7–15 days. New tooling takes 3–4 weeks including samples.

What payment terms do you accept?+

T/T and L/C. Samples ship with freight prepaid.

Do your nozzles clog?+

Every nozzle can clog in dirty systems — that is physics. What we do is size the orifice and internal flow path for your fluid, and offer clog-resistant designs like spiral nozzles where solids are present. We would rather tell you the truth than sell a promise.

Can you brand nozzles for our company?+

Yes — private label molding with your branding and packaging is standard OEM work for us.
