In-house molding, in-house tooling, certified quality — the manufacturing partner behind nozzle brands, spray system integrators and distributors.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Real equipment, real certifications — no trading-company ambiguity.

Injection Molding

18+ Sodick molding machines, 40–100T, ±0.01mm precision — PVDF, PP, POM, PA, TPU, glass-filled grades

In-House Tooling

Full mold design, build and maintenance — faster iterations and lower tooling cost than outsourced molds

QC & Testing

CMM dimensional checks, flow-rate / spray-angle test benches, material certification per batch

From Spec to Production

A straight path for custom nozzle programs.

1

Spec Review

Drawing, sample or target spec — fluid, flow, pressure, pattern, material and connection. We confirm feasibility and suggest material grades.

2

Tooling & Sampling

In-house mold design and build. Samples with CMM and flow-test reports within 3–4 weeks for new tools.

3

Approval & Ramp

Sample sign-off, then volume production with SPC-based process control. Standard lead time 7–15 days for standard nozzles.

4

Ongoing Supply

Consistent batch geometry, quality reports per shipment, and stocking options for repeat programs.

Business Terms

Transparent terms, modeled on what works in the nozzle trade.
